Humble beginnings
Papa Louise realized one day that life is too short to not spend it with family. So he got together some of the best local pastry and restaurant chefs to build Papa’s Bread and Buns. Our restaurant was founded on the belief that our food should be available to everyone; no matter what they may be allergic to. That’s why our entire menu is wheat and gluten free. Along with this, Louise also realized the importance of family in everyone’s lives. This is why no matter who you are or what you believe in, when you first walk in those doors you become part of our family and will be treated as such.
Here at Papa’s Bread and Buns, we only use the freshest ingredients around. Every other week, we send out employees to the local farmer’s markets to shop for fresh vegetables and fruit to use in the creation of our meals. Every meal is prepared on the spot. We do not freeze and reheat any of the dishes on our menu. All baked goods are made In house and the dough is hand rolled daily. All food items available on our menu are both wheat and gluten free.
